Conrad Kahn earned his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kahn was the articles editor for the law review, a coach for the moot court team, and the recipient of the highest grade award in five classes. He graduated as the salutatorian on a full merit scholarship.
Mr. Kahn joined the Federal Defender's Office in 2014. Since then he has assisted in four U.S. Supreme Court cases, argued in the Florida Supreme Court, argued several cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and assisted with four en banc cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kahn also obtained clemency for a client from President Obama and secured scores of sentence reductions for clients in post-conviction litigation.
