Julie Morley was employed for over eight years at Capital Collateral Regional Counsel where she represented clients on Florida’s death row in both state and federal post-conviction proceedings. Ms. Morley litigated cases at numerous Florida circuit courts, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court in the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to this, Ms. Morley gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant Public Defender at the 13th Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office in Tampa. While in law school, Ms. Morley was the Executive Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review.
